RE:  Fishersville Rd. Main Water Line Work and Road Closings to Thru Traffic

Dear Customer:

Beginning on May 11th, the Augusta County Service Authority (ACSA) will begin upgrading the main water line along Fishersville Rd (Rt.641).  The project is scheduled to be completed by the fall of 2016.  During parts of the construction period, small sections of Fishersville Rd. will be closed to thru traffic to ensure the safety of ACSA construction crews.  The road will only be closed while construction crews are onsite and the roadway will be reopened at the end of each workday.  The ACSA will make every effort to minimize any inconvenience to home owners in regards to access to their homes.  Work will begin near Westminster on Fishersville Rd. and will end at Route 250.

If, during this construction process, any unforeseen situation arises and you lose water service, our work crews will make every effort to minimize any inconvenience and to restore water service as quickly as possible.

Your water service will eventually be interrupted in the future to connect each customer to the new main line.  You will receive notification before any planned water service interruption.

We appreciate your cooperation and regret any inconvenience this may cause.  If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact our Customer Service Department at (540) 245-5681.
